Abdullah Ashraf is a multi-sector entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Dawn Capital and Dawn Sports & Entertainment, two rapidly growing platforms operating across commercial real estate, professional football, and global investment. He manages a CRE portfolio exceeding $100 million AUM while leading ownership of Oklahoma United FC in the United States and, since June 2026, Tamworth F.C. in England.

Recognized for his ability to identify undervalued assets, build elite operating teams, and scale ventures at speed, Abdullah has become one of the youngest executives in North American football. His work blends strategic finance, sports infrastructure development, and long-term regional transformation, positioning him as a rising figure in both the investment community and the global football ecosystem.

Nathan Walter serves as Executive Senior Vice President at Dawn Capital, where he plays a central role in shaping the firm's operational strategy and overseeing execution across its growing portfolio of investments. With a focus on driving organizational performance and aligning cross-functional teams, Nathan brings disciplined leadership to Dawn Capital's expanding platform.

His work spans strategic planning, portfolio management, and senior-level decision-making across Dawn Capital's real estate and investment operations, ensuring that each initiative is executed with precision and in alignment with the firm's long-term vision.

Joseph Theodore is a trusted advisor in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of investment properties. He is known for his strong work ethic, sharp negotiation skills, and exceptional customer service. Prior to moving to OKC, Joseph lived in Orange County, CA where he was personally involved in over $100M of transaction volume in his home state. He earned a Finance degree from the University of Alabama and brings an analytical financial approach to help clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.

With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a client-first approach, Joseph delivers strategic guidance tailored to the unique goals of each investor. Whether representing buyers seeking growth opportunities or sellers maximizing returns, Joseph brings integrity, insight, and a results-driven focus to every deal.

Alex Zonneveld has enjoyed a successful media career spanning almost 10 years, across multiple major corporations in several countries. Zonneveld started his career as a producer with talkSPORT, the world's largest sports radio station and global audio partner of the Premier League. Over five years, he broke major stories, oversaw live commentary and produced several documentaries.

A UK-US dual national, Zonneveld first relocated to New York City in 2022 and joined the podcast team at Sony Music Entertainment. He was responsible for several major projects including the launch of Shark Week: The Podcast, a joint venture with Discovery+, which broke the top ten in the Apple Podcasts Science chart. After an enjoyable stint at Sony Music Entertainment, he worked as a contractor for several other production companies before making a return to the soccer industry.

Zonneveld brings a wealth of media experience & soccer knowledge to Dawn Group International. He still frequently appears on talkSPORT as a "European Soccer Expert" and has a variety of contacts throughout the media industry.
